Productivity Booster

Every professional aims to be more productive in order to get more out of their time. Productivity seems to be something that differs from person to person. Without a doubt, everyone seems to have their own set of knobs and stimulants to realize the true potential. Imagine if you could learn actions that help you perform better in just few minutes read? It’s here!!! I’m ready to reveal 5 steps that will boost your productivity perhaps at the least to a satisfactory level.

Let’s begin with…

  1. Make a list of all the tasks:

Making a list of all jobs, regardless of whether basic, secondary, or ordinary, at the start of the day is a healthy practice that helps one to remain disciplined. By creating a list, you can get everything on one page & complete it in 16 hours. 16 hours for those who make the most of them, like Elon Musk. Don’t worry, 16 is just a number; whatever matters is your consistency and focus in ability to do markedly better. Some folks who already have a 70 % intensive mind, spend 30% of their time with their close ones, thus doing things quickly. Follow 80/20 rule to work, that further describes, you’ll get 80% of a result with just 20% of the effort.

2. Do Unlikeable Task First:

There are some tasks in everyone’s daily schedule that they despise. However, someone can always try to get out. In fact, people are sometimes unaware that gaining competence in this task can push them too far. Let me tell you about an incident regarding a friend of mine: Despite knowing the potential of her expertise, she was always terrified of writing articles. She picked up a piece of paper last December after her serious breakup and continued to write a simple resolution to never trust or become emotionally connected. That was her first article to be published on many platforms, and by doing so, she felt quite calm and started to establish a habit of writing. She currently makes more money from it than she does from her main job.

In simple language, we can call this POWER of going against will.

3. Routine Work:

If I define routine work, it is the work that someone strongly believe seems to be at his fingertips and that he can execute in a few clicks. For instance, to me, it’s answering emails and advertising my business via social media channels. And I believe this is what I’m best at, and I genuinely think that most of us have such encounters in their lives. It’s off-topic to propose how to discover out what we’re best at, but that’s something which should be done right now. That’s also characterized as flow work, which we complete in minutes and have never had a problem with. Such comes with expertise, so when working on such things, we flow like water.

4. Assign Deadline:

When working with a boss, most of the time we have been given tasks with deadlines that we should all meet, and we do so. If we analyze it, our mind is programmed to perform the task in the given deadline. Let’s presume we found out in the morning that guests may be visiting in an hour, and we have to clean surfaces, wash dishes, and so on. However, we shall clean our house and complete domestic chores without difficulty in such a short period of time. It’s because of the authority that assigning limits has given us, and I believe that we should have a deadline for every assignment in our calendar, whether professional or personal. It boosts our ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

This is also known as using a “Productivity Timer.”

5. Productive Surroundings:

It is critical to improve the environment in order to increase productivity. To perform better, I need at least a 24" screen with my Dell Laptop, wireless accessories with a good pair of earphones, and a note pad in my domain. Yes, I neglected to mention that I always have a wrist watch on my wrist, Lol but true. I believe that if I felt myself likeable at work, it is the environment in which I would perform the best and most effectively. That may be working from home while snuggling in a blanket this winter, or it could be sitting at Starbucks with a cappuccino, for you.

Every single one of the above-mentioned boosters varies from person to person, as I already stated. What we should do is learn more about ourselves so that we can define the above 5 more effectively. As a result, each day will be more productive than the previous one, and our inner contentment with our work will make us happier.

Let’s do it!!! Stay Blessed!!!
